Capitol Hill fox euthanized, will be tested for rabies as DC Health officials weigh kits’ fate

The tail of the wild Capitol fox who bit a congressman, a reporter and at least seven other people in Washington Tuesday has come to an end after city health officials put her down amid cause fur concern she may have had rabies.
