Top Dem signals legal moves against McCarthy, Republicans over unprecedented Jan. 6 subpoenas

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said Thursday the chamber will take "same actions we’d pursue with anybody else" who refuses a subpoena, after House Republicans issued subpoenas by the Jan. 6 Committee indicated they may not comply.
