Diamyd Medical: Publication of Change in the Total Number of Shares and Votes in Diamyd

In connection with the exercise of employee stock options in the stock option plan 2007/2010, 100,000 new shares of series B have been issued, with support of underlying warrants that covers the company’s obligations under the plan. The shares have been placed with an institutional investor.

After registration of the capital increase the share capital in Diamyd Medical AB (publ.) will be 14,580,138.50 SEK. The total number of votes will be 4,210,116 and the total number of shares will be 29,160,277, divided among 1,437,876 shares of series A (1 vote) and 27,722,401 shares of series B (1/10 vote).
