  Effective on February 3, 2012, the Board of Directors of Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") accepted the resignation of Timothy J. Cruciani as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Citzens Community Federal.
