FindEx.com, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2009, because the customary review and analysis of its quarterly financial statements undertaken by the Registrant’s management will not be completed in time to finalize the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed filing period. The Registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such Quarterly Report not later than five days after its original date.
