Item 1.02               Termination of Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On February 24 and 25, 2010, the Company made payments to the Union State Bank — Bank of Atchison (“Bank”) satisfying all outstanding obligations under its note to the Bank.  The aggregate amount paid was $1,546,438.34.
