On June 16, 2008, ATSI Communications, Inc. (the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing that it had removed the “going concern” qualification from its quarterly financial statements filed as part of the Registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 13, 2008.

On June 17, 2008, the Registrant issued a press release containing a summary of the information contained in the Registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 13, 2008.
