Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 10, 2015, the Board of Directors of EnPro Industries, Inc. adopted a resolution expanding the size of the Board of Directors from eight to nine and elected John Humphrey as a director of the company, effective November 10, 2015. Mr. Humphrey has been appointed to serve on the following committees of the Board of Directors: the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Compensation and Human Resources Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

A press release issued by the company on November 12, 2015 announcing the election of Mr. Humphrey is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
