Optibase Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
HERZLIYA, Israel, October 19, 2009 – Optibase Ltd. (Nasdaq: OBAS), today announced the results of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held today, Monday, October 19, 2009, in Herzliya, Israel.
At the meeting, all proposals set forth in Optibase’s proxy statement dated September 2, 2009, as amended (the “Proxy Statement”) sent in connection with the meeting were approved by the required majorities.
