On March 21, 2013, lululemon athletica inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended February 3, 2013 and certain other information. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. As previously announced, the Company has scheduled a conference call for 9:00 a.m. EST on March 21, 2013 to discuss financial results.
