Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Under the Credit Agreement, dated as of January 6, 2017 (as amended), among Global Eagle Entertainment Inc. (the Company), the guarantors party thereto from time to time, the lenders party thereto from time to time and Citibank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, L/C issuer and swing line lender, the Company agreed to furnish or file its current cash and revolving-credit facility outstanding balance amounts in a Current Report on Form 8-K.
As of January 18, 2018:
| The Companys consolidated cash balance was approximately $44 million, of which approximately $21 million was held by its non-U.S. subsidiaries. A recent and significant use of cash related to amounts that the Company paid to its lenders for regularly-scheduled interest and amortization payments under the Credit Agreement. |
| The outstanding principal balance under the Companys revolving credit facility was $78 million. |
As of December 31, 2017, the Companys consolidated cash balance was approximately $51 million.
