ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 16, 2009, Pall Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release updating its five-year business plan originally presented in October, 2008. The press release was issued in connection with the Registrant’s Investor Day, which was held on December 17, 2009 at the Registrant’s corporate headquarters in Port Washington, New York. A copy of the press release issued by the Registrant is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99 to this report.
