ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On April 10, 2007, Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing that it, as part of an investor group for the 200 Fifth LLC
Holdings partnership, has entered into an agreement to sell the 200 Fifth Avenue
property for approximately $480 million. A copy of the press release is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
