Joy E. Leo, the Executive Vice President, Chief Administration Officer and acting Chief Financial Officer of PDF Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) will be leaving the Company on or before June 17, 2011. The Company is actively seeking a replacement for the Chief Financial Officer position.
