Effective as of February 12, 2018, Anne L. Beaty, Senior Vice President, Finance, David J. Lesar, Executive Chairman of the Board, Lawrence J. Pope, Executive Vice President of Administration and Chief Human Resources Officer, Joe D. Rainey, President, Eastern Hemisphere, and Robb L. Voyles, Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, established prearranged trading plans under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.  Any transactions under the plans will be disclosed through Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
