Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
As previously reported, on September 27, 2016, First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Loan Agreement with U.S. Bank National Association (the “Lender”) providing for a one-year $50 million unsecured revolving credit facility (the “Credit Facility”). On September 26, 2017, the Company entered into a First Amendment to Loan Agreement (the “Amendment”) with the Lender, which extends the maturity of the Credit Facility to September 26, 2018 and makes certain technical and clarifying changes.
The foregoing description of the Amendment is a summary and is qualified in its entirety by the complete terms of the Amendment, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
