Attached is an English translation of the letter dated November 3, 2014 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 
 
 

By letter dated November 3, 2014 the Company reported that the Shareholders' Meeting held on October 31, 2014, passed the following resolutions:
 
I) Appointment of two shareholders to sign the minutes of the Shareholders Meeting:
The Shareholders Meeting approved by majority vote the appointment of the representatives of the Bank of New York Melllon (BONY), ANSES FGS y CRESUD SACIF  y A,  to approve and sign the minutes of the Shareholders Meeting.     
 

The meeting approved by majority vote that discussion of this matter be postponed until November 14, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., at a meeting to be held outside the corporate premises, at Bolívar 108 1st Floor, City of Buenos Aires.
