     Robert Meers resigned as a Class II director of lululemon athletica inc. (the “Company”) immediately prior to the annual meeting of the Company’s stockholders on June 4, 2008 (the “Annual Meeting”). Christine M. Day, the Company’s current President, Chief Operating Officer and CEO designate, was elected as a Class II director of the Company at the Annual Meeting.
