     On September 23, 2010, Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the delivery to the Company’s owned fleet of the Capesize vessel Navios Melodia on September 21, 2010. In addition, on October 4, 2010, the Company announced the delivery to its owned fleet of the Capesize vessel Navios Fulvia on October 1, 2010.

     The press releases are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Report and are incorporated herein by reference.
