ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 14, 2004, Terayon Communication Systems, Inc. issued a press release announced that it has added significant new capabilities to its flagship Terayon DM 6400 Network CherryPicker™ digital video processing platform that enable cable television and other network operators to accelerate their transition to all-digital, next-generation networks and to deliver new digital video applications. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
