PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESS Newswire / June 9, 2026 / Marquis Who's Who is proud to honor William "Jack" Evans Jr., CPP, for his distinguished contributions to aviation, military service, entrepreneurship, drone photography and professional imaging. Mr. Evans' longstanding career is defined by leadership, adaptability, operational discipline and a willingness to build new ventures from the ground up.

Mr. Evans currently serves as chief executive officer of Corporate Capture, a Phoenix-based photography and videography company he founded in 2023. Through the company, he uses his expertise as an FAA-certified drone pilot and certified professional photographer to support construction companies and businesses across Arizona and beyond.
Corporate Capture provides aerial photography, video documentation and professional photography on location and in its Phoenix studio, helping clients monitor construction progress, communicate project updates and document events with clarity and precision. The work brings together two of Mr. Evans' lifelong interests: aviation and photography.
As a commercial drone pilot with a Part 107 license from the Federal Aviation Administration, Mr. Evans has found a way to merge his aviation background with the visual storytelling skills of a professional photographer. His company serves clients in multiple states, including Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Texas, and he plans to expand Corporate Capture from one location to seven over the next several years.
Before entering the drone and photography industry, Mr. Evans built a remarkable career in aviation services and business leadership. From 2018 to 2023, he served as chief executive officer of MaintenanceBest.com LLC, an employment services firm focused on maintenance and mechanics facilities. Starting with one location in Arizona, he guided the company's expansion into Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky and Arkansas.
One of the defining achievements of Mr. Evans' career came in 2004, when he founded Total Airport Services LLC. After a competitor acquired the company where he had been working, he launched his own business just 18 days later with nine employees and a small contract at San Francisco International Airport.
Under his leadership, Total Airport Services expanded to 10 operating locations and 2,100 employees, supporting international and domestic airlines in passenger services and cargo operations. In his Marquis Who's Who interview, Mr. Evans regards that growth as one of his most significant business accomplishments and a major milestone in aviation services.
His aviation background was shaped not only by entrepreneurship but also by global operational experience. After retiring from the United States Air Force, Mr. Evans managed 16 airports worldwide, including locations in Australia, Bolivia, Toronto, London and the United States. That international perspective gave him a deep understanding of airport operations, logistics, service delivery and the importance of building teams capable of performing under pressure.
Mr. Evans' military service remains central to his story and is the foundation of his success. He served for 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, rising to the rank of colonel and retiring as wing commander at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. Earlier in his career, he commanded several bases in Panama and held assignments with the Joint Staff and at the Pentagon. He has noted that, while military leadership gave him the experience to manage large organizations, entrepreneurship required a different kind of humility and flexibility.
Speaking with Marquis Who's Who, Mr. Evans reflected on the realities of startup leadership. As a wing commander, he led thousands of people and had the support of staff members and specialists. "That's the challenge: in a startup, you're responsible for everything," he said. His message to entrepreneurs is clear: Passion is not enough. A successful business also requires knowledge of profit and loss, cash flow, budgeting, planning, diversification and disciplined execution.
Diversification has become one of Mr. Evans' core business principles. "Just like with stocks and portfolios, you can't rely on a single investment or venture," he said. "If one fails, it jeopardizes everything." In aviation, he expanded from ramp services into cargo and passenger services. In photography, Corporate Capture combines drone work, traditional photography, studio services, construction documentation and event coverage. That diversified approach, he believes, provides resilience and protects a business from relying too heavily on a single service line.
"William ‘Jack' Evans Jr. exemplifies the caliber of leader Marquis Who's Who is proud to chronicle," the editorial team stated. "His work across military service, aviation, entrepreneurship and commercial photography reflects a career defined by discipline, humility, innovation and a commitment to excellence." Through its recognition of Mr. Evans, Marquis Who's Who celebrates a professional whose leadership continues to inspire across industries and generations.
