TIME and Newsweek name Covista among top-ranked companies as it trains the next generation of nurses, physicians and healthcare workers

Covista (NYSE: CVSA), formerly Adtalem Global Education, America’s largest healthcare educator, today announced it has been recognized in four rankings awarded by TIME and Newsweek. The honors weigh growth, financial stability, workplace culture and sustainability performance. They come as Covista works to address the healthcare workforce shortage by training the next generation of healthcare professionals at an industry-leading scale.

Honors Include:

TIME’s America’s Growth Leaders 2027

Covista ranked 46 out of 500 companies on TIME’s America’s Growth Leaders. The ranking honors companies that demonstrate exceptional growth performance, financial stability and stock performance. Being recognized as a Growth Leader reflects sustained success, resilience through market fluctuations and the ability to create lasting impact in a competitive global landscape.

TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2026

Covista earned a place on TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2026 ranking, which highlights organizations with high employee sentiment, strong growth and robust ESG practices. The ranking is based on three surveyed and researched areas: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. The top 1,000 companies were recognized for outstanding performance across these key areas.

Newsweek’s America’s Greenest Companies 2027

Covista was included on Newsweek's America's Greenest Companies 2027 list, which recognizes the top 650 companies with the strongest environmental sustainability performance. More than 6,000 companies were evaluated on more than 25 parameters across four categories covering greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, waste generation and disclosure and commitments.

Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Companies 2026

Covista was named to Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Companies 2026, which highlights the top 650 companies in the United States for financial strength, innovation, performance as an employer and sustainability. The ranking draws on a national survey of more than 2.7 million company reviews from more than 179,000 employees, plus data from three earlier studies encompassing more than 4.9 million reviews and 400,000 respondents integrated at a reduced weight. Newsweek describes it as one of America’s largest independent employee studies.

“Our culture is built by our colleagues through listening, learning and caring for our students,” said Sara Hill, Chief Human Resources Officer, Covista. “This recognition belongs to the faculty and colleagues who show up every day for students working full-time jobs, raising families and betting on themselves. When people feel heard and valued, that care carries into everything they do, and we’re proud to keep investing in a place where people can do their best work and build careers that matter.”

The awards reflect Covista’s approach to building a company where strong performance, a supportive workplace and responsible operations go together. That approach advances a three-part focus: growing to educate the nurses, physicians and healthcare workers the country desperately needs; investing in colleagues through programs that support career growth, recognition and meaningful impact; and operating responsibly, with a commitment to environmental stewardship that supports both people and the planet.

“Our stakeholders count on us to deliver results and to do it the right way,” said Megan Noel, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Covista. “That means holding ourselves to a high standard in how we grow, how we invest and how we operate, with the students we serve at the center of every decision. We’re proud to see that approach recognized across growth, financial stability, workplace culture and sustainability. It’s a clear sign that performance and purpose reinforce each other.”
