Phreesia, a leader in patient intake, outreach and activation, is proud to announce that Michael Rasbury, Vice President of AccessOne Solutions, has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2026 list of Rising Stars: Healthcare Leaders Under 40.

The annual list recognizes healthcare leaders under 40 who are bringing new perspectives to industry challenges and driving change across healthcare. Becker’s developed the 2026 list through nominations and editorial research.

In his current role, Michael leads Phreesia’s AccessOne business, focusing on patient financial engagement, implementation quality and delivering value for healthcare organizations. He oversees a team of approximately 80 employees supporting AccessOne, which helps healthcare organizations improve collections and cash flow while giving patients flexible options for managing their healthcare expenses.

Michael has spent more than a decade at Phreesia, advancing from project manager to vice president while building and leading teams focused on strong client partnerships and operational excellence. Before taking on his current role, he led Phreesia’s client services organization and a global team of consultants across the U.S., Canada and India. Under his leadership, Phreesia improved implementation efficiency, ensuring that client projects get underway more quickly. Michael also led efforts to improve onboarding, strengthen client relationships and create a more consistent experience for healthcare organizations throughout the implementation process.

“Being recognized by Becker’s is an honor,” said Michael Rasbury, Vice President of AccessOne Solutions at Phreesia. “What motivates me is building teams and processes that help our clients succeed and make the financial side of healthcare easier for patients. I’m excited to continue that work as we grow AccessOne and create even more value for the healthcare organizations we serve.”
