Agellus Capital announced today the acquisition of Omaha-based Crux Consulting (“Crux”). Crux will be joining Bluejack Fire & Life Safety (“Bluejack”), headquartered in Houston, Texas, a national service provider of fire & life safety services.

Crux Consulting, founded by Shane Cherney in 2021, is a fire & life safety design, engineering, and consulting provider for federal, commercial, critical energy, and industrial facilities.
