World's largest companies rely on Cyera to close critical infrastructure gap standing between AI ambition and trusted AI transformation.

In 2026, 68% of organizations cannot tell the difference between human activity and AI agent activity inside their own systems. Without that visibility, there is lack of trust, which has stalled AI transformation for many enterprises. This is mostly due to a gap that's structural - a lack of infrastructure. The AI industry built out chips, models, and compute; what is needed now is the layer that governs what AI can see and do--and how the risks it creates should be addressed.

Cyera continues to build the trust layer powering enterprise AI transformation, and today announced its latest funding round of $600 million, quadrupling the company’s valuation over the last 18 months to $12 billion. Over the last year, Cyera has shipped more than 100 new product capabilities across Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), privacy, identity, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and agentic security, building what is now a comprehensive trust layer for the enterprise.

This round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from Cyberstarts and Temasek, in addition to all existing investors including Accel, AT&T Ventures, Blackstone, Coatue, Spark Capital, among others. Cyera is now positioned as one of the most valuable privately held security companies in the world with total funding over $2 billion.

“Our customers are some of the most sophisticated companies in the world. The one thing they all share is the urgency to lead AI transformation at a scale and speed the world has never seen. Trust is what makes that possible - knowing what your AI can see and do,” said Yotam Segev, co-founder and CEO of Cyera. “That's the infrastructure layer the industry has been missing, and it's what we've been building alongside our customers since day one. Cyera is that trust layer, and this funding is fuel to build it faster for every company trying to win in today’s agentic era.”

“In a world where data is the fuel for innovation, Cyera helps provide us with visibility and context to enable secure AI at scale,” added Rich Baich, CISO at AT&T. “It helps us accelerate AI adoption by knowing and controlling what AI can see and do.”

Cyera's growth reflects the urgency of the market it's leading, tripling ARR three years in a row. In the last 18 months, Cyera has grown to more than 1,500 employees across 18 countries and completed five acquisitions, most recently Ryft and Genie, adding specialized technology that deepens the platform's ability to govern AI at enterprise scale.

“Over 25 years of investing in cybersecurity, it has been our experience that the companies that define infrastructure possess the depth and capabilities that solve problems competitors simply cannot,” said Richard Seewald, Founder and Managing Partner at Evolution Equity Partners. “Cyera has done that - built the layer that informs enterprises what their AI can see, learn from, and act on, at scale with precision. We are thrilled to back Cyera on this exciting journey.”

“We backed Cyera before the thesis was obvious and watched them navigate more market transformations in five years than most companies see in a decade. Now the world has caught up," added Lior Simon, General Partner at Cyberstarts. “Every enterprise deploying AI at scale is running into the same wall - they can't trust what their AI can see and do, and without solving that, they're taking on risk that could define or even destroy their organization. Cyera is the only company built to solve that with the depth and scale the world's largest enterprises require. This round is about getting there faster.”

Cyera is the only platform purpose-built to be the trust layer for enterprise AI, and the technical depth underneath that claim is what makes it defensible. Its AI-native platform discovers and classifies exabytes of data with 95%+ precision, identifying sensitive records at risk and enforcing access controls--all without disrupting existing pipelines or workflows. That foundation powers the industry's only unified convergence of DSPM, DLP, identity, and behavior, giving enterprises a single platform to govern everything their AI can see and do. With more than 100 product capabilities shipped and five acquisitions completed, Cyera has built a depth of coverage that takes years to replicate. This round compresses the time it takes to put that trust layer in the hands of every Fortune 1000 that needs it.
