A single governed workflow unites AI label review, team collaboration, and a defensible audit trail, taking compliance teams from a multi-day, highly manual review to an agentic first pass with expert-in-the-loop confirmation.

RegASK today announced a new agentic AI label compliance workflow that brings labels from draft to market-ready compliance in a single governed system, replacing a multi-day review with an AI first pass and expert-in-the-loop confirmation, ready for the review of regulatory teams.

The workflow builds on the AI-assisted label review RegASK introduced earlier this year, extending it from an instant compliance check into an end-to-end workflow: review, collaboration, action routing to owners, and auditability in one place. By resolving regulatory issues before artwork moves into production and printing, teams avoid the rework, scrapped packaging runs and launch delays that surface when errors are caught late.

As organizations expand across markets, label compliance has become one of the most operationally demanding parts of regulatory work. Every new market introduces additional labeling requirements, reviews, approvals, and stakeholders. For many organizations, that work still moves across documents, spreadsheets, artwork files, and disconnected systems before a product reaches market.

RegASK brings those activities together in one workflow. Teams can review label content, assess compliance across target markets, collaborate on findings, assign follow-up actions, and maintain a complete audit trail throughout the review process. The workflow runs on its own or connects to the regulatory and artwork systems teams already use.

The workflow begins with a structured content sheet or annotated artwork. The system checks each label element against applicable requirements across target markets, generates findings with severity rankings and regulatory citations, and routes follow-up actions to the right owners. Every finding remains connected to the underlying regulation, project history, and actions taken to resolve it, creating a defensible record for internal governance and external audits.

“Regulatory intelligence creates value when it leads directly to action,” said Caroline Shleifer, founder and CEO of RegASK. “Label compliance is one of the most operationally fragmented and coordination-heavy workflows in regulatory affairs. By bringing review, collaboration, and market assessment into one governed system, teams move from understanding regulatory requirements to executing against them with greater confidence.”

Early adopters have reduced label compliance reviews from a multi-day manual effort to about five minutes per report. Content, artwork, findings, and collaboration that once lived across separate documents, spreadsheets, and messaging channels now come together in a single governed workflow. Teams have also shifted from a multi-stakeholder review to an agentic AI first pass with a single expert confirmation, allowing regulatory teams to focus on higher-value work.

“Enterprise label compliance depends on two things: understanding each market requirement and maintaining a trusted record of every decision,” said Rohit Gulati, vice president of product and technology at RegASK. “Our agentic workflow connects requirements, findings, team collaboration, and auditability in one place, so teams can move products across global markets with a complete, traceable record of every compliance decision.”

This announcement is the first in a series highlighting new capabilities introduced in the latest RegASK platform release. Together, the series demonstrates how RegASK is extending its Regulatory AI Operating System across the regulatory lifecycle, from anticipating regulatory change to coordinating the work required to act on it.
