Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims on Behalf of the 81,900 whose Personal Information was Exposed in the Data Breach at VCCU

OKLAHOMA CITY - July 11, 2023 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving Ventura County Credit Union ("VCCU"). On or about December 14, 2022, VCCU detected unusual activity on its internal network, indicating a data breach. Based on a forensic investigation, VCCU confirmed that cybercriminals gained access to certain VCCU email accounts between October 20, 2022 to December 15, 2022. VCCU further determined that through this infiltration, cybercriminals potentially accessed or acquired the sensitive personal information of at least 81,900 individuals.
