The equipment incorporates an innovative dual weighing system consisting of a cement transition hopper and a screw electronic scale, ensuring stable cement conveying, simple calibration, and high metering accuracy. Variable frequency control for each material allows flexible output adjustment. The powder material conveying system is fully sealed, preventing pollution and waste. Additionally, the pneumatic self-balancing technology ensures smooth cement discharge, effectively enhancing operational efficiency.
Powerful Mixing and Efficient Discharge
The mixing host is driven by dual hardened helical gear reducers and dual motors, delivering low noise and high power while eliminating material blockage and jamming. The extended mixing trough ensures materials are mixed in a boiling-like permeation state for superior uniformity. A secondary mixing option (in series or stacked) is available to meet various operational requirements. The shaft-end bearing features a separate design combined with triple-layer sealing to effectively prevent slurry leakage.
The discharge process incorporates a large-angle discharge hopper and a vibration motor to ensure smooth material flow. The large-capacity finished product silo provides ample storage, while the oversized discharge door maximizes the use of truck space, allowing vehicles ample time for loading.
