Ducera Partners LLC (“Ducera”) a leading investment bank, today announced that Andre Kursancew has joined the firm as a Managing Director. He will be based in the firm’s New York office and will focus on advising clients on an array of mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) mandates.

Mr. Kursancew joins Ducera from Goldman Sachs where he was a senior banker in the M&A group. He led the bank’s coverage of large private beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) companies. Mr. Kursancew also led sell-side, merger, private placement, and IPO execution on numerous transactions across consumer and retail market segments, with a focus on high-growth, founder, venture and private equity-owned food and beverage assets. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he served as a Director at RBC Capital Markets within the firm’s M&A division, where he specialized in advising clients in the consumer and retail verticals, and as a Director at Deutsche Bank where he advised on over $30 billion of M&A transactions across a variety of sectors, including consumer, technology, media and telecom, and industrials. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kursancew was a banker at Centerview Partners and served in the Strategic Planning Group at American Express.
