Ducera Partners LLC (“Ducera”), a leading investment bank, today announced that Joseph Leone has joined the firm as a Managing Director. He will be based in the firm’s New York office and will focus on advising clients on their private capital financing efforts across an array of industry verticals.

Mr. Leone brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience to Ducera and has significant expertise originating complex, bespoke financing structures ranging from leveraged buyouts and acquisitions to refinancings and recapitalizations. Before joining Ducera, Mr. Leone was a Senior Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goldman Sachs where he oversaw coverage efforts for non-investment grade corporate and financial sponsor clients with a focus on the Natural Resources and Financial Institution industries. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in Credit Suisse’s Leveraged Finance Group. Earlier in his career, he held capital markets and analyst roles, respectively at BNP Paribas, Ares Management and Jefferies.
