While the Visitor Center offers informative displays and stunning views, the true highlight of the glacier is the great outdoors. As long as you arrive prepared—with a sturdy rain jacket and good footwear—you’ll enjoy everything the park has to offer, rain or shine, whether or not you’re able to explore the Visitor Center.
