Strategic Hires at Gregory FCA Add Talent from CNBC, Fox Business, and Barron’s

America’s Financial PR Powerhouse Tallies More Elite Journalistic Firepower to Deliver Market-Moving Results

All-Star Lineup Set to Share Insights during Webinar Thursday July 17, 2025

Credibility doesn’t come from algorithms. It comes from people who’ve been in the room — who know how stories are made; what journalists, their readers, and viewers want; and when to act to move a story. That’s why Gregory FCA is stacking its bench with top talent straight out of the nation’s most influential newsrooms.

The firm today announced the hiring of three nationally recognized journalists:

  • Brenda Hentschel, former producer at CNBC
  • Bill Morgan, former booking producer at Fox Business
  • Emily Dattilo, former reporter at Barron’s

Their arrival bolsters a rare and formidable roster. Twenty percent of Gregory FCA’s staff are newsroom veterans, uniquely qualified to shape client narratives into the stories that drive national headlines, investor sentiment, and policy conversations.

“Media pros are the best storytellers of all. They set global agendas. Cut through the noise and impact lives,” said Greg Matusky, CEO and Founder of Gregory FCA. “Brenda, Bill, and Emily bring institutional knowledge from inside the control room, the editorial desk, and the journalist’s notebook. They don’t guess what makes a great story. They know.”

Meet the New Talent:

  • Brenda Hentschel spent more than two decades producing live segments at CNBC, booking Wall Street titans, Fed officials, and Fortune 100 CEOs. She knows how financial stories are shaped in real time — and what gets left on the cutting room floor. She joins as Associate Vice President.
  • Bill Morgan helped drive three hours of live morning programming at Fox Business, identifying stories with edge and immediacy. He joins as Senior Account Executive.
  • Emily Dattilo, a Columbia Journalism School graduate, covered markets and fintech at Barron’s, developing a nose for what’s actionable and newsworthy. She joins as Senior Account Executive.

These hires add to Gregory FCA’s current staff, which includes former journalists from the New York Times, Money Magazine, Good Morning America, Fox, and CBS network affiliate TV, and separates Gregory FCA from those relying on outdated assumptions and low-skill pitching.

“Clients want professionals who speak the language of the newsroom, while understanding the issues of the boardroom,” said Joe Anthony, President. “With these additions, Gregory FCA expands its capacity to deliver nuanced perspectives exactly when the media needs them — before the story breaks, not after.”

The firm will host a live media strategy event on Thursday, July 17 at 1:00 p.m. ET, titled “Mastering Media Strategy: A View from Both Sides of the Pitch.” The session will feature former New York Times columnist and current Senior Vice President Paul Lim alongside Hentschel, Morgan, and Dattilo, revealing what today’s journalists really look for, how they triage pitches, and why most PR misses the mark. Gregory FCA has earned its place as a top 40 national PR agency by doing what others won’t: embedding newsroom expertise into every client team, working at the pace of markets, and delivering results that reverberate across screens, trading desks, and news feeds.
