The industry disruptor ushers in a new era of personalized wireless, giving customers more choice over their benefits and device promotions with the flexibility to change their selections

T-Mix brings together the widest range of benefits in wireless with an industry-first combination of partnerships — from Apple, Delta, DoorDash, ESPN, Google, Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, Paramount+, SiriusXM, XBOX and YouTube — all on America’s Best Network

After decades of rigid one-size-fits-all wireless plans, today, T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) is mixing it up with T-Mix, a first-of-its-kind approach that gives customers more choice and flexibility across three T-Mix plans — Standard, More and Loaded — available in November.

Built on the foundation of America’s Best Network and T-Mobile’s member perks, including T-Mobile Tuesdays which offered over $900 worth of freebies per customer last year, the all-new T-Mix program adds a giant leap in personalization with the introduction of Picks. With T-Mix, customers can use Picks toward a range of benefits spanning streaming, music, gaming, food delivery, sports, AI, wireless benefits and device promotions — with the freedom to choose when and which line uses Picks to get a new phone. T-Mix is the only wireless plan that lets customers choose which benefits are included in their plans.

T-Mobile also breaks another wireless tradition: customers feeling stuck with fixed benefits between plan changes — something that happens, on average, only about once every six years. That can leave customers paying for things they don’t use, while missing out on value they actually want. Unlike the traditional industry’s a la carte paid add-ons, with T-Mix, benefits are included in the plans and customers are empowered to change their benefit mix every three months as their needs and preferences change.

“The wireless industry has spent decades telling customers what their plan should be — even though 84% of consumers surveyed want more control over what they pay for,” said Allan Samson, Chief Marketing Officer, T-Mobile. “One-size-fits-all was simple for the industry, but for customers it turned into one-size-fits-nobody. T-Mix flips that model, giving customers more say in what matters to them and plans that they can change as their lives change. This is another big step in our journey to make wireless value more relevant, more flexible and built around the customer.”

Customer priorities continue to evolve and in this challenging economy, value is increasingly important. Across the industry, consumers are keeping their phones longer, about three years on average, while spending an average of $219 a month on a wide range of subscriptions from streaming to gaming and tech. That means customers are looking for more value from their wireless plans that goes beyond the next phone upgrade.

T-Mix is the latest in T-Mobile’s customer-first revolution to wireless, based on the simple belief that wireless plans should fit into customers’ lives, not the other way around.

Introducing T-Mix: Wireless That Starts with Customers

The three T-Mix plans will include America’s Best Network, core wireless features (like talk, text and data) and T-Mobile member perks including T‑Mobile Tuesdays, exclusive hotel and rental car perks, premium experiences at thousands of festivals and events nationwide and more.

From there, customers can use Picks toward a range of benefits that fit customers’ lives. Picks include fan-favorites like Apple TV, DashPass by DoorDash, Hulu, Netflix, Pandora and SiriusXM while introducing brand-new benefits with partners including Apple Music, ESPN Unlimited, Delta SkyMiles, Google Gemini, Paramount+, XBOX Game Pass and YouTube Premium. Picks can also be used toward wireless benefits like T-Satellite, Optimized Video Calls and device promotions, including using Picks to get a new phone on Us. T-Mobile's all-new Optimized Video Calls feature is a brand-new wireless benefit that uses a network slice that gives video calls prioritized access to the network.

Picks make the plan truly personal — giving customers more control over where more of the value in their plan goes. And because life doesn’t stand still, customers can mix up their partner Picks four times a year — during three change windows, plus during the Annual Remix window — all while keeping the same monthly plan. Wireless benefits like T-Satellite can be changed anytime. And as customers move to higher-tier plans or add more lines, they receive more Picks — creating even more ways to personalize their wireless experience.

T-Mix puts customers in the driver’s seat, with more choice, flexibility and value across three plans. On T-Mix Loaded, customers get at least $120 in average value per line, per month in plan features and benefits, which is over $1,440 a year. For a family of three that’s more than $4,320 in annual value. Add in T-Mobile Tuesdays, which offered over $900 in free items per line over the past year and that value grows.

And today's lineup is just the beginning: as T-Mobile adds new partners and benefits over time, customers will have even more ways to make their mix their own.

T-Mix Standard starts at $55/month for one line and includes 1 Pick; T-Mix More starts at $75/month for one line and includes 2 Picks; and T-Mix Loaded starts at $95/month for one line and includes 3 Picks. All with AutoPay, plus taxes and fees. T-Mix will also be available for 55+, military and veterans, first responders and college students — bringing the same choice and flexibility at a discounted price.

No fixed bundles. No wasted benefits. Just the freedom to choose how the value built into a wireless plan works for each customer.

Built for Real Life

That flexibility is key, because every customer is different. A customer bringing their own phone might use Picks for a streaming and music service today, then shift those toward a device promotion when it’s time for a new phone. A family might build its mix around streaming, delivery and gaming now, then change things up when a new show drops, travel is coming up or priorities change. Different needs, different moments, same plan and no added cost to change up benefits during a change window.

T-Mobile Perks Still Come Standard from Day One

Picks make T-Mix personal. Member perks are what customers get just for being with T-Mobile. This includes exclusive hotel and rental car perks, a Delta premium in-flight drink On Us on every eligible flight, exclusive Club Magenta access at the biggest events of the year like the Las Vegas Grand Prix, MLB All-Star Game, Lollapalooza and Stagecoach as well as exclusive ticket access and premium experiences at thousands of festivals and events nationwide. And of course, there are the weekly perks that come with T-Mobile Tuesdays, which offered over $900 in free stuff over the past year. At T-Mobile, customers come first. That was true 10 years ago when we launched T-Mobile Tuesdays and it’s true today as we give customers the choice to build the plan that’s right for them.

Pick allotment is subject to change. Picks have no cash value; they cannot be traded, gifted, or redeemed for cash. Unapplied Picks do not carry over to the next quarter and are not refundable. Remixing: How often you can remix depends on the benefit; some benefits let you switch any time, others hold your Picks for a quarter or longer, and device promotions hold Picks for the promotion period. Changing a partner benefit outside a change window may require a fee. Annual Reselection: Once a year, we will ask you to reselect benefits with your available Picks. Existing benefits continue when you reselect them. We may change the benefits and the number of Picks a benefit requires at any time. Changes to active benefits start at your next quarter. Account Changes: Changes to your account can change how many Picks are available for benefits and may impact active device promotions. If an account change leaves you with fewer Picks than your selected benefits require, you will have an opportunity to update your mix. If you do not, we will notify you before canceling any promotions or benefits to resolve the shortfall. You can only use Picks while your account is on a T-Mix plan in good standing. Benefits and device promotions remain subject to their own terms, including third-party terms where applicable. You may need to manage your existing third-party subscriptions to avoid duplicate charges. See T-Mobile.com/Picks for more details.
