Leapsome appoints HR author Jessica Zwaan and HubSpot veteran and marketing executive Rebecca Corliss to its senior leadership, as Notion selects Leapsome to build and scale high-performing teams

Leapsome, the platform for HRIS, performance, and growth, today announced the appointments of Jessica Zwaan as VP people strategy and operations and Rebecca Corliss as VP marketing, as the company continues to expand its North America footprint, demonstrate its AI leadership, and add fast-growing US customers, including Notion.

Zwaan joins effective April 1, 2026, from Talentful, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. Based in New York, Zwaan brings a practitioner's perspective on building strong, scalable organizations, well-matched to Leapsome’s current US expansion.
