Senior leaders with deep experience across government, military, and business will help shape EdgeRunner’s strategy for bringing domain-specific AI to the edge

EdgeRunner AI, the leader in military-specific, on-device artificial intelligence, today announced the formal appointment of its Strategic Advisory Board. Each member brings a unique set of experience, knowledge, and connectivity across government, military, and enterprise sectors.

As part of their appointment, members of the Strategic Advisory Board will provide guidance to EdgeRunner AI’s leadership team for both go-to-market and technology development while upholding the highest standards of national security, integrity, and innovation.

Members of EdgeRunner AI’s Strategic Advisory Board include:

  • General (Ret.) Andrew Poppas – former 4-Star Commanding General of U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), Director of the Joint Staff, and Commanding General of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault)
  • Paul D. Ryan – former 54th Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives and Vice Presidential nominee, Partner at Solamere Capital, and member of the boards of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, Fox Corporation, and Center for Strategic and International Studies
  • Bob Muglia – former CEO of Snowflake, Inc. and President of Microsoft Corporation
  • Lieutenant General (Ret.) William “Bill” Bender – former 3-Star U.S. Air Force Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President at Leidos
  • Brigadier General (Ret.) Mike Siegl – former 1-Star U.S. Army CENTCOM Director of Logistics and Engineering (J4)
  • Vishnu Nath – Head of Google Chat and former VP & General Manager of Microsoft Corporation
