Post Oak Energy Capital, L.P. (“Post Oak”) today announced the sale of the assets of UpCurve Energy Partners I and II. The transaction includes substantially developed oil and gas assets located in the Southern Delaware Basin in West Texas, consisting of mature oil-weighted production and associated leasehold acreage. The monetization reflects Post Oak’s continued focus on active portfolio management and strategic capital allocation across its energy investment platform.
