Founder Nicholas Gialamas Transitions to Chairman of the Board

Forest Capital Management today announced the promotion of Brian Jessen to President & Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Founder Nick Gialamas, who has served as CEO since the firm's inception, will become Chairman of the Board and continue to provide strategic leadership as the firm advances its long-term vision.
