DiTullio joins Velotic following a 26-year career at PTC, where he most recently served as president and chief operating officer. In that role, he oversaw product development, sales and marketing, customer success, strategy, and IT. Previously, he led PTC’s Digital Thread and SaaS businesses and held senior global sales and commercial leadership roles, working closely with manufacturers and customers around the world.

“Mike brings an exceptional combination of industrial software experience, customer perspective, and operational leadership,” said Brian Shepherd, CEO of Velotic. “He has spent decades working closely with manufacturers, building customer relationships, and understanding the realities industrial companies face every day. As we build Velotic as an independent company, that combination of industry experience and customer perspective will strengthen our Board and help guide the company’s next phase of growth.”

“I’ve spent much of my career working with industrial companies and seeing firsthand both the opportunity and complexity they face,” DiTullio said. “What makes Velotic compelling is the combination of proven technologies, deep industrial expertise and the focus that comes from being an independent company dedicated to industrial software. I’m looking forward to working with Brian and the Board as Velotic builds on that foundation and helps customers achieve more.”

Velotic was formed earlier this year, bringing Proficy, formerly part of GE Vernova, and Kepware and ThingWorx, formerly part of PTC, together as an independent industrial software company.
