The Graceful Pillars Movement is a new non-profit devoted to helping children who experience child sexual abuse. The organization launched its website today. The site opens direct access to awareness resources, the “Made with Purpose” resource bag program, and the “Pillars in Progress” tour. The movement is asking supporters to give $25 once or become a $25/month “Pillar” to help children heal from abuse.

The Graceful Pillars Movement (“GPM”), a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to children who are survivors of sexual abuse, today announced the launch of its organization and website, gracefulpillars.org. The site marks the public debut of GPM’s mission: creating safe, faith-rooted spaces where children are seen, supported, and reminded that they were made with purpose.

“As a survivor, I know firsthand the heavy weight of silence interferes with everyday life. It’s now my mission to make sure no child feels like they must face such darkness alone,” said Mariah Derby-Wine, founder of The Graceful Pillars Movement. “Our organization and this website are an open door to a place where a child, a parent, a teacher, or a church can find real help, real resources, and real hope. Children are such a gift to the world and deserve to rise. The only way to rise is together, unified for one cause, and I’m asking the community to join me.”

The organization and website introduce GPM’s four founding pillars — Awareness, Education, Helpline, and Healing Spaces — and gives visitors immediate access to:

• Child abuse awareness resources and a 24/7 crisis hotline
• The Made with Purpose resource bag program
• Pillars In Progress, GPM’s traveling seminar tour for girls across North, Central, and South Florida
• Direct ways to give, volunteer, and partner with the movement

A Call for Hands and Hearts

Alongside the launch, GPM is asking the community to meet two urgent needs.

Supporters are asked to make a direct commitment: a one-time gift of $25, which fully funds one Made with Purpose resource bag for a child, or a recurring monthly gift of $25 to become a GPM “Pillar”, sustaining the movement’s programs long-term. “Twenty-five dollars sounds small until you realize it’s the reason one child gets to hold something that tells them they matter,” Derby-Wine said. “Multiply that by a community, and you have a movement.”
