Amulet Capital Partners, LP (“Amulet”), a middle-market private equity investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, today announced the promotion of Sam Brinkley to Partner.

Mr. Brinkley joined Amulet in 2020 as a Vice President and was promoted to Principal in 2024. Since joining the firm, he has played a leading role in numerous investments across Amulet’s portfolio, including US Fertility, Genetics & IVF Institute, and TFP Fertility Group. He has also played a critical role supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives and efforts across the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing transactions and working alongside management teams on long-term strategic priorities.

Before joining Amulet, Mr. Brinkley was an Investment Associate with The Riverside Company. Earlier in his career, he worked at BlackArch Partners, a middle-market investment bank primarily focused on sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brinkley holds an M.B.A., with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A., with honors, in economics from Williams College.
