Sinda Ltd. (NYSE: SIND) (the “Company” or “Sinda”) today announced that its common stock will be added to the VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF (“GDXJ”), effective at market close on September 18, 2026.

Sinda’s inclusion follows the Company’s initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026, marking another milestone in the Company’s evolution as a publicly traded precious metals company.

“Sinda’s inclusion in GDXJ represents an important step, less than three months after our NYSE listing this year,” said Daniel Muñiz, Executive Chairman. “We believe it will further enhance Sinda’s profile within the global precious metals investment community as we continue to advance the Sinda Project and execute our exploration and development strategy in what we believe to be one of the most important silver-gold discoveries in Mexico – if not the world.”

GDXJ provides investors with exposure to a portfolio of small- and mid-capitalization companies across the global gold and silver mining sectors. The Company believes its inclusion may increase Sinda’s visibility and exposure among institutional and other investors focused on the global precious metals sector.
