Fowler will lead Pramata's global sales organization, bringing accurate and scalable contract intelligence to legal, finance, sales and procurement teams

Pramata, the leaders in contract intelligence, today announced Chris Fowler as its Head of Sales, charged with leading the contract intelligence platform’s global sales organization. As Head of Sales, Fowler will be focused on building strategic growth initiatives that drive adoption of contract intelligence across the agentic enterprise, empowering legal, finance, sales, and procurement teams to make smarter business decisions at an accelerated pace.

Fowler joins Pramata as enterprise demand for contract intelligence continues to grow. AI is reshaping how organizations operate, but its value depends on the quality of what it’s given, especially when it comes to the contracts that govern a company's revenue, risk, and relationships. Getting that right is no longer a back-office concern; it's foundational to whether AI can be trusted with important decisions across the enterprise.

“After leading technology sales for more than 20 years, I know firsthand just how much of an impact Pramata can have on a business’ revenue goals. It’s the reason I wanted to be part of this organization, and it’s only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what Pramata can do,” said Fowler. “Pramata has been the premier contract intelligence provider from day one, turning complex contract portfolios into highly valuable commercial relationship assets that empower legal teams to negotiate smarter contracts, help CFOs stop revenue leakage, and enable procurement teams to expertly manage their supplier agreements. And as mindblowing as the technology is, the people behind the technology are even more astounding.”

Fowler’s professional background includes extensive enterprise sales leadership experience centered on operational rigor, data-driven strategy, and relationship-based selling. Prior to joining Pramata, Fowler served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales for dt360, an AI-first full stack experience firm. He has led sales teams for Qualtrics, Xactly Corp, and MPP Global. During his tenure at Qualtrics, Fowler led Enterprise sales for the Western U.S. region in high-tech, retail, and insurance markets, driving 50% year-over-year growth.

"In today’s AI-driven workflows, contract intelligence is essential infrastructure for the enterprise. From negotiating contract terms and renewals to pricing enforcement, obligation management, and compliance monitoring, contract intelligence empowers enterprise leaders to make smarter business decisions across the organization,” said Pramata CEO Praful Saklani. “Chris gets the value of our solution at an in-depth level, and has a proven track record of building sales teams that translate complex technology into clear business outcomes. He knows how to help enterprise leaders see the connection between accurate contract data and the AI initiatives they are racing to scale. He joins us at an inflection point for the industry, as enterprises race to make their AI initiatives trustworthy at scale, and that’s exactly where his leadership will have the biggest impact."
