Mondiwell uses the BEtreat^® trademark for its personalized retreats at which participants are invited to “BE present with intention," as an alternative to retreating from life's on-going challenges, by exploring and nurturing integrative evidence-based wellness practices. Collaborative BEtreats^® seek to help participants “step away from the swirl of overwhelm and find a serene space to BE in the moment.”

Versions of Mondiwell’s BEtreat^® experience incorporate meditation, mindfulness education, nature immersion, energy healing, and equine experiential connection that clarifies paths to nervous system regulation through intuitive human-horse understanding.

“Recently, we’ve seen some other parties using the BEtreat^® name in their business offerings, which we believe have been inadvertent, unintentional violations of our U.S. trademark,’’ said Mondiwell Founder and Co-Creator Lara Wilson. “One inadvertent act of infringement we encountered was thoughtfully resolved with other mindfulness professionals whose dedication to the practice led to a friendly outcome.’’

The United States Patent and Trademark Office officially registered BEtreat^® under registration number 7048252 on May 9, 2023. Ms. Wilson, the trademark’s owner, had first used the now-trademarked name in 2019 in a prior firm.
