Through mind-reading activities, Mary is able to learn the details necessary to catch her husband cheating. Under Colorado law, if Mary used technology to connect to the psychic, like a phone call or chat session, and the psychic invaded Mary’s husband’s thoughts during that tech-connected session, then - later - during Mary’s divorce proceedings, the manner in which she learned of her husband’s infidelity would come into play with the land shark lawyers in civil courts."
