Between June 11 and 13, CYCT underwent a comprehensive on-site factory audit and Product Qualification Test (PQT) assessment conducted by the audit team from Engineers India Limited (EIL). With robust standardized production workflows, strict quality control protocols, professional testing capabilities and a reliable end-to-end supply chain system, we successfully passed all audit procedures and obtained official EIL qualification certification. This milestone further strengthens our competitiveness for global business cooperation and overseas market expansion.
As a leading global engineering design authority specializing in energy and industrial sectors, EIL maintains rigorous and standardized supplier qualification criteria. EIL's factory audit certification is a globally recognized benchmark for manufacturing capability, product quality and compliance management, serving as a critical prerequisite for participating in premium engineering projects across India and broader international markets. During the three-day assessment, the EIL audit team carried out a thorough review of our production facilities, equipment maintenance protocols, manufacturing processes, quality management systems, raw material procurement control, finished product inspection standards and full-scale testing procedures.
A core focus of the on-site audit was the official Product Qualification Test (PQT). In full compliance with international industrial standards, EIL inspectors conducted item-by-item verification of core product performance parameters, test data accuracy and the compliance of all testing workflows. The team also completed a detailed review of our quality management policies, operational documents, product traceability mechanisms and professional staff qualifications, delivering a comprehensive evaluation of our overall production and quality governance capabilities.
All relevant departments of our company coordinated efficiently throughout the audit, fully supporting the on-site inspection and documentation review. All required technical and procedural documents were submitted completely and accurately, ensuring the seamless completion of PQT verification and factory audit procedures. Following the assessment, the EIL team positively acknowledged our standardized manufacturing processes, stable product performance and robust quality management system. Our company achieved zero major non-conformities in the entire audit and PQT testing process, fully meeting EIL’s international supplier cooperation requirements.

The company is the first one to develop and launch the dry film heat shrinkable sleeve, and produce 3LPP Heat shrinkable sleeve/tape products in the domestic market. CYCT becomes the main supplier of field joint coating for years in Petro China, Sinopec , Pipe China and local pipelines.
