Pearce Announces Acquisition of JoeMax Telecom, LLC

Pearce, a leading provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure, today announced that it has acquired JoeMax Telecom LLC (“JoeMax”), a leading provider of engineering, site acquisition, and project management services for the telecommunications industry. The acquisition expands Pearce’s presence in the northeast region and adds new technical capabilities. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

For more than 20 years, JoeMax has supported customers in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut in upgrading and maintaining outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) fiber infrastructure. The company provides customers with a turnkey solution including fiber optic route design, engineering, permitting, inspections, program management, right-of-way management, and network maintenance.
