New leadership appointments support continued growth across high-reliability industries as demand for U.S.-based manufacturing accelerates

Intervala, a full-service electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider specializing in complex electronic and electromechanical products, today announced key additions and promotions within its leadership team as the company continues to expand its capabilities across industrial technology, data center infrastructure, aerospace and defense, and medical device markets.

The leadership expansion includes the addition of George Yeary as Vice President of Quality and Customer Experience, the recent hiring of Domenic Alcaro as Vice President of Industrial and Data Center, and the promotion of Bill Onnink to Director of Manufacturing Engineering. Together, these leaders bring deep expertise in quality, customer experience, supply chain management, data center infrastructure, and manufacturing engineering as Intervala strengthens its position in high-growth, high-reliability markets.

"As Intervala continues to grow alongside the industries we serve, we're focused on building a leadership team with the experience and expertise needed to support the next phase of that growth," said Rob McKernan, Chief Executive Officer of Intervala. "Customers need manufacturing partners that can solve complex engineering challenges, deliver consistently, and provide the responsiveness, transparency, and collaboration required in high-reliability industries. George, Dom, and Bill each bring deep industry experience that strengthens our team and positions us for the future."

Strengthening Quality, Customer Experience and Operational Excellence

As Vice President of Quality and Customer Experience, Yeary will lead initiatives focused on quality systems, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and enhancing the customer experience across every stage of the manufacturing process. He brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing operations, quality management, supply chain strategy, and customer experience. Prior to joining Intervala, Yeary spent nearly two decades with Schneider Electric, where he held a variety of senior leadership roles supporting global operations and customer-focused initiatives.

"Customers today expect more than a quality product," said Yeary. "They expect responsiveness, transparency, reliable delivery, and a partner that is easy to do business with. Quality has become the entire customer experience."

Expanding Leadership in High-Growth Data Center Markets

Further strengthening its presence in the industrial and data center markets, Intervala recently welcomed Domenic Alcaro as Vice President of Industrial and Data Center.

Alcaro brings more than 30 years of experience serving industrial technology and critical infrastructure customers. His background includes leadership roles at Schneider Electric and American Power Conversion, most recently leading Schneider Electric’s business for the Federal Government team. Before entering the corporate sector, Alcaro served as an officer in the U.S. Submarine Navy.

In his role at Intervala, Alcaro will lead cross-functional teams serving industrial and data center customers while overseeing product and design engineering. His appointment further strengthens Intervala’s position in the rapidly growing data center market, where investment in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and other digital technologies continues to increase demand for advanced electronics manufacturing and systems integration.

Investing in Engineering Leadership

Intervala also announced the promotion of Bill Onnink to Director of Manufacturing Engineering, reflecting the company's continued investment in engineering-led manufacturing. Since joining the company, Onnink has helped advance manufacturing processes, automation initiatives, and engineering-driven production capabilities across the organization. In his expanded role, Onnink will continue leading initiatives focused on manufacturability, process optimization, and production scalability, further strengthening Intervala's manufacturing and engineering expertise.

Together, these leadership appointments reflect Intervala's continued investment in the people, processes, and technical expertise required to support increasingly complex manufacturing programs across high-reliability industries.
