A longtime Force Management customer and advocate, Marcin brings more than 25 years of enterprise software leadership experience and a firsthand understanding of the company's impact on revenue performance.
In this role, Marcin will lead Force Management’s global revenue organization, driving growth, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and scaling go-to-market capabilities to help customers increase company value and achieve sustainable growth.
Marcin has spent more than two decades leading enterprise software and cloud go-to-market organizations, driving billions of dollars in value creation for global companies. Over the past decade, he has specialized in building and scaling high-performing go-to-market teams within midsize private equity portfolio companies. His work has consistently focused on accelerating revenue growth and creating sustainable competitive advantages for enterprise Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams in highly competitive markets.
