Bombardier Completes Redemption of All Outstanding 7.50% Senior Notes due 2029

MONTREAL, May 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bombardier Inc. (“Bombardier”) today announced that it has redeemed all outstanding US$750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 7.50% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Redemption Notes”), as set forth in the notice of redemption issued May 4, 2026. This debt redemption was funded using the proceeds of a new notes offering and US$250,000,000 of cash from Bombardier’s balance sheet.

Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the Redemption Notes for redemption are being made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Company in accordance with its applicable procedures.
